Fresh Strawberry Layer Pudding 1/2 c Butter
1 lb Confectioners' sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped or
8 oz Cool Whip
1 qt Strawberries
1 lb Vanilla wafers
Cream together first 3 ingredients. Roll vanilla wafers into not too fine crumbs. Place 1/2 in bottom of pan (9x13). Cover with layer of creamed butter, sugar and eggs. Then cover with strawberries whole or sliced. Cover with whipped cream - then top with rest of vanilla crumbs. Garnish with whole berries and chill. May be chilled overnight.
