Custard Filling

2 1/4 c EDENsoy -OR- any EDEN food beverage
1/8 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla (if not using Vanilla flavor)
2 1/2 tb EDEN KUDZU; (dissolved in… 1/4 c EDENSOY)

Heat 2 cups EDENSOY, honey and vanilla (if using) in a saucepan. Add dissolved kudzu and cook until mixture thickens. Great as a dessert filling, with fruit, or as a quick pudding. Variation: Add 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon zest and mix in well.
